Drove straight to the company NICE
I CALLED this company the day before pickup to find out if rentals were available and I was told that 2 different sizes were. I paid the deposit, and was told to come the following morning to pick up the 3 day rental. I booked an RV campground site and was ready to go.
Cruise America cancelled my reservation the night before I was supposed to pick up the RV.
The night before pickup I was called by the manager who told me that my reservation was denied by cruise america because "it was too short of notice" and he couldn't find out why. To be fair, he did try to call his company to get an answer, but in the end I lost my money for my campground reservation and this company is supposed to credit back my deposit (which I was charged for) at some point.... Yeah, would not do business again 1/10.
